Herroo everyone!
Just got a quick update from our inside source in Japan (MIZUHO! =P). This past Sunday was really incredible as Takashi and Aimee got baptized!! Praise God that they got to publicly proclaim their love and devotion to Christ in front of friends and family. One of their friends who had begun to hang out with us and the church also returned to watch this event. Through it, God was able to open up opportunities for him to hear the Gospel again, as well as have the entire Bible explained, book by book. Afterwards, he expressed a desire to believe!!! Several other students we had talked to also returned to the church and seemed like they enjoyed their time with the church. One girl had even volunteered to help out with Joy-Joy!
Also, our team has a chance to hang out with some Japanese students here in America. We’ve got something planned fun in the next week and if you’d like to join us, let us know!! We’d love to have you and know that the students would love it too.
Keep praying for these people and that God would open their eyes to understand the Gospel completely and continue to grow their desire to know Him. It is amazing and humbling that God continues our ministry even while we aren’t there. Isn’t it exciting to see all that God does?? So keep praying, friends! God hears and will answer! =]
